Hi, I’m Laura. I am a passionate entrepreneur, educator, author and mental health advocate dedicated to excellence in business and leadership. With degrees in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Louisville and almost 20 years as an award winning salon owner of Pure Salon Spa, I am able to bring a strategic, forward-thinking approach to business. In my role as a Purefessor in the Aveda Business College I have the honor of mentoring leaders in the beauty industry, blending education with real-world expertise to inspire success. Beyond business, I am a pickleball queen, enjoy time with my husband and two daughters and sharing laughs with my tribe of college besties. After a personal journey through a mental health crisis I volunteer as a board member for Mental Health Lou, with the mission to shatter the stigma surrounding mental illness both in the workplace and beyond.
